I haven't been bidding on ebay recently for various reasons but my husband and younger son do regularly for car parts and computer bits.
2 days ago my son asked me if he had received a spoof email because ebay had told him that there were suspicious activities on his ebay account and he needed to change his password. My husband commented that it had happened to him 4 days before and today he found that it had happened again and he had just changed his password and the only person, other than himself, who know the new password was justsnipe! At this point we looked at the previous time that the email had been sent to him by ebay and at our son's account. This was when we realised that, on each occasion, it was just after an auction snipe by justsnipe. At this point we started wondering if it was a deliberate action by ebay to force us to use biddingscheduler which is ebay's tool rather than another one! |

I have had my account suspended 4 times in the last week and when i contacted Ebay they claim that my account was flagged for using JustSnipe and that because it is a Third Party Sniping tool that basically isnt an EBAY authorised tool they will keep reseting my account .. even claiming that a number of unauthorised listings had been made from my account |

Hi i was able to contact support @justsnipe.com and they replied back and said they no about issue that has been happening and they are trying to fix the issue right now... Ted It still isn't fixed. I had it happen to me a few days ago. I had to change my eBay password. I've heard some people have lost bids because eBay wouldn't accept bids from sniping services. Shirley |

Hi,
I had a similar problem. The snipe worked great on one bid, but I lost the next bid because Ebay did not recognize the snipe and looked at it as fraudulent activity on my account. They suspended my account and I could not re-set my password by myself, I had to call Ebay which took a lot of time for them to send me a new password. I then had to change the password on the snipe as well and during that time I lost my winning bid. Does this fraud message to ebay happen everytime I use the snipe? Please help. |

This happened to me also in February. I had to call eBay THREE times that day. They told me, too, that there was FRAUDULENT activity on my account! I just found this thread in the forum. I agree with the lady that said eBay is trying to make us use their bidding tool instead, which is outrageous.
I haven't used JustSnipe since then, so I will be interested to see if eBay pulls the same thing this time, as I just used it tonight again. |

If it is eBay, then it looks like they are committing a Federal Crime, the same as when Microsoft was accused of adding code so only Internet Explorer worked with MS Windows.
Maybe someone should send this information to the correct Federal Agency(s); US District Attorney, or? |

Hi! This is the first time I've used this forum -- okay, first time I knew it existed!
I have been using justsnipe successfully for over a year! I haven't had any issues with eBay not accepting my bids -- it has worked like a dream each and every time! However, twice this spring (feb-march, 2 weeks apart) I was locked out of my eBay account when eBay suddenly changed my password. Each time I called them to find out what was going on & it was due to fraudulent activity on my eBay account. Someone in Dallas (I live in NJ) accessed my eBay account & when eBay noticed that "I" was suddenly logged on in a different state, they immediately changed my password, bumping myself and the other user off. Of course, I knew the answers to my questions, so I was able to create a new password and log back on. A friend of mine thought I was leaving myself vulnerable by using a sniping program & that was the way someone was accessing my eBay account. I use justsnipe every day -- sometimes 12 or 15 times a day. I don't believe that the fraudulent activity on my account had anything to do with using justsnipe -- or it would happen a dozen times a day!! One more comment from this peanut gallery: I totally freaked out this morning when I could not access justsnipe -- it was like it didn't exist! I knew I had outstanding snipes, so I quickly started looking for a new sniping program. Wow! I had no idea there were so many -- and I had no idea how expensive some of them are -- and many of them place the bids only in the last 10 to 20 seconds -- what good is that? I want 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 second bids! Looking at all the other snipe programs out there just made me more upset that I couldn't get into my justsnipe account!! I knew justsnipe was a good deal -- but I had no idea how good a deal!!!!!!!! I've recommended justsnipe to dozens of people. Now that I know what else is out there, I'll be recommending it even more! Way to go, JustSnipe!!! $5/month is a blessing!!! Thanks for all of the auctions I've won!!! :-) |

Ive gone through a lot of different emails and didnt remember which one was linked to this account however I just happen to have thought of that email account and what can I say its the right one. I dont even have a comcast as a ip provider anymore where the email account is from.
I still have no clue where that usernamehelp account came from and how it was linked to another one of my old email accounts. -------------------- Here is a website that I designed for payday loans in canada company.
