Hi everyone.
Registered on this forum today due to a 'snipe error' Lost my bid on Ebay, even though my bid was the highest. Having read that a few other members experienced this problem. My question is.. " has anyone heard of similar errors with other snipe like products on the market, or is this unique to JustSipe?" I am interested to learn of your thoughts. |

I had the exact same thing happen to me two days ago. My bid should have won the item. It looks like the reliability of JustSnipe may be questionable, as it has happened to me once or twice before.

This is the second time that this has happened in the last 9 months and both times it cost me an item that will never come up again. I'd like to know what caused this. My end or theirs. I've sent an email to tech support. If I get no satisfactory answer, I am changing providers. |
