Lately, eBay implemented a more strict buyer requirement, especially
the linked ebay id and PayPal account.

When the auction is listed with PayPal payment only (no other forms of
payment accepted), eBay system would automatically require a link
between eBay id and PayPal account.



Also, some people have reported that their accounts have linked but the link between eBay id and PayPal may be broken if either one of the account does not have an active credit card or payment source.
