Hi,
There could be many possibilities that caused the "Snipe Error #73" issue.
An Alert or Warning message from eBay. These messages include
notification such as:
- Purchase cancellation agreement from seller/buyer.
- Non-paying bid warning.
- eBay needs payment verification.
- eBay needs your new email address notification.
- etc.
In order to fix the "Snipe Error #73", you need to sign in to your
eBay account and acknowledge those messages.
** Sometimes, when you sign in, these messages might not be shown.
From time to time, eBay may require you to manually sign in to eBay.
Once you have done the above instruction,
- Sign in to JustSnipe
- Click "Setup" from the left menu
- Click "Update eBay User ID and Password" link
- Re-enter your eBay id and password, then click Submit button
